Introducing a brand-new segment on my little website: Feline Facts! As the title suggests, this will include a little factoid about cats, big or small.
I decided to start small for this first feline fact. Very small, in fact.

This adorable ball of fluff is the rusty-spotted cat. It is the smallest feline in the world, weighing in at under 4 pounds! Don’t let their kittenish shape fool you though, they’re highly aggressive!
They are native to India and Sri Lanka and prefer living in areas of dense vegetation. To absolutely no one’s surprise, they are excellent climbers.
Rusty-spotted cats are also skilled floof-ninjas. Researchers once believed them to be extremely rare, but it was later discovered that they may be more common than originally thought. They obviously chose stealth as an expertise skill!
